Helping Us Stay Safe proudly presents Survivor Empowerment Circles—a healing-centered, peer-led initiative designed to support adult survivors of sexual abuse and assault within Michigan and beyond. These monthly gatherings offer a safe, affirming space where survivors can connect, share, and heal through open dialogue, creative expression, and trauma-informed practices. Each circle features powerful themes like resilience, self-advocacy, and emotional wellness, with guest speakers, hands-on activities, and storytelling that honors the strength of every voice. Rooted in community and empowerment, these circles are a reminder that healing is possible—and no one has to walk the journey alone.
