School-Based Programs for All Grade Levels
At Helping Us Stay Safe (H.U.S.S.), we proudly partner with schools across all grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school—to deliver age-appropriate, trauma-informed programming that promotes awareness, prevention, and emotional resilience.
Our school outreach includes:
Elementary School Programs
- Foundations of Safety: Teaching students how to recognize safe vs. unsafe situations, the importance of personal boundaries, and how to speak up to a trusted adult.
- Feelings & Friendship Circles: Guided group activities that promote emotional awareness, kindness, and communication.
Middle School Programs
- Boundaries, Consent & Communication: Workshops that introduce healthy relationship skills, digital safety, and self-advocacy.
- Peer Support Circles: Safe, facilitated spaces for students to share, reflect, and build resilience.
High School Programs
- Prevention Starts With Us: Comprehensive sessions on consent, warning signs, bystander intervention, and building healthy relationships.
- Breaking the Silence Awareness Workshops: Student-led discussions and interactive presentations designed to empower survivors and educate allies.
- Survivor Empowerment Circles: Peer-led healing spaces available in partnership with school counselors and community therapists.
